Tour 1: Historic River Walk - 19:00 - 21:00 Wednesday May 25

We walk along Oslo’s green lung and the cradle of Norway’s industrialisation: Akerselva. Many parks and nature trails can be found along this river. Old factory buildings along the river have been refurbished and now house cafés and galleries.

Tour 2: The City of Contrasts - 19:00 – 21:00 Wednesday May 25

Your guide will tell you more about one of the fastest growing capitals in Europe and show you how the city blends in new buildings with the old. We will pass by the Opera House and learn more about the comprehensive urban devolopment project for the area. Afterwards your guide takes you through the picturesque area Kvadraturen from the 16th century and the medieval fortress of Akershus.

Tour 3: Architecture and Design - 19:00 - 21:00 Wednesday May 25

Oslo is known for its cutting edge architecture, so this is a good tour to introduce the city and get a feel for its excitement over its spectacular new buildings. A walk from the City Hall to Aker Brygge and Tjuvholmen - Oslo’s hottest 1000 meters ending with Renzo Piano’s latest state of the art building.

We walk through 80 years of Architectural history, urban development and stop by an art gallery in one of the newest and most popular areas of Oslo.

Tour 4: Cruise on the Oslo Fjord - 19:00 - 22:00 Wednesday May 25 - SOLD OUT

A visit to the busy harbor and a boat ride on the Oslofjord is an essential part of any stay in Oslo, both for views back at the city and to be reminded of Norway’s many links to the sea. We pass by the fortress, the Opera house and idyllic islands with small summer houses along the fjord.

Tour 5: The Heart of Oslo with the National Gallery 18:00 - 20:00 Thursday May 26

This tour consist of a walking tour through the heart of Oslo and a visit of the National Gallery where some of Norway’s most famous paintings are displayed.

Tour 6: Oslo Highlights - 19:00 - 21:00 Wednesday May 25

Seeing all of Oslo’s highlights in a single day’s tour is impossible, but this itinerary introduces visitors to a little bit of each facet of the city’s appeal. The tour starts with a city sightseeing by bus where the guide gives a short explanation about Oslo’s main attractions, amongst others the Opera house and the Royal Palace. The tour continues with a walk through the Vigelands Park, with more than 200 sculptures. Afterwards, the bus takes guests up to the famous ski jump Holmenkollen for a photostop.
