Travel to BI from the Oslo city center

The BI campus is situated across the street from the metro station Nydalen and is easily reached by public transport from the city center. Due to reconstruction of Nydalen metro station, you will find signs to show you the way from Nydalen metro station to the conference venue at the BI campus. It’s only a 2 minutes walk.

By metro:

From Oslo Central Station (OSLO S) to Nydalen station (outside the conference venue) use Westbound metro lines 4 (Vestli) or 5 (Ringen) which will take you to Nydalen from the city center in 10-15 minutes. The metro stop at the Central Station (where the airport express train Flytoget arrives) is called Jernbanetorget. Other metro stations in Oslo city center is Nationaltheatret and Stortinget.

From Nydalen to Jernbanetorget (Oslo Central Station) or Nationaltheatret: Line 4 Bergkrystallen (direction Majorstuen) or line 5 Ringen (direction Majorstuen or direction Storo). You must buy the ticket before you board the metro (1 zone, NOK 32 = single ticket or NOK 240 - 7 days ticket).

By bus:

Buses no 30 and 37 do also stop in Nydalen. The fares are NOK 32 for a single trip (1 zone) if you buy tickets before departure. On-board tickets NOK 50.
